I should have believed the other reviewers. I am usually a small, except when I need a medium, so I ordered the medium. I'm not sure how Athleta designed this one. First, this is not high-waisted...it's low. Second, very small in the waist and upper hip. I didn't trust the design enough to order another size. No more larges available, and order an XL just seems wrong especially considering that the small skirt I ordered fit fine, and the size 6 Brooklyn pant fit fine as well. We need to be able to trust sizing, and we can't with the Elation pant.

These are the perfect flare crop pants. So comfortable. The material is so soft next to your skin. The flare is not too big so looks neat. Very easy to dress up or wear casual. These are my go to capri.

Size up. I had to get these in a large. I own zero pieces of clothing in a large. The top of the waist is loose but the hip fits so they won't slide down. Can't wear with crop top bc of this but thats ok for me
