Sleeves too wide

Too large in the sleeves for a 5'1" 100 lb woman. The body of the jacket is nice and so is the quality but the oversized look sleeve is not for someone like me. When will normal to semi normal tailored sleeves come back?

Its a true white, love it. Sleeves are too long so will have to roll up, but would have anyway. I normally wear Medium but Small plenty big.
