Inconsistent sizing

I have other shirts from Athleta in XS that fit perfectly with room to spare. I ordered this in XS and think it is too tight. I really wish sizes were consistent, and better still, that they were in numbers, rather than XX or X etc! Nice otherwise, but I'll have to exchange it - hopefully I can go...

My new favourite workout shirt! It's stretchy but snug in the right places, so it's very flattering. Love the cap sleeve that's not too tight. Love the sticky band at the bottom so it doesn't ride up. I'm definitely going to buy a 2nd
