I sized up (usually a medium in Lululemon Swiftly T's) as the Athleta style weave is a bit tighter and perhaps made to provide more compression. Great quality workout top and I enjoy the slightly larger size for comfortable movement.

I have this top in many colors because it is so comfortable and looks so good. It is made of a light fabric that breathes well, and there is this tiny strip along the hem which keeps the shirt from riding up or slipping away from your tummy, making it perfect for yoga or Pilates!
