Per other reviews I did size up to a medium as it is more form fitting than the original Momentum tee and I typically wear a small in that style. i bought on sale so am happy with my purchase.

I have this flex tee in several different colors, they are great for tennis and stay in place. Form fitting so if you like a looser fit I would size up.

Finally, a workout tee that is long enough! This is a more of a slim fit, so size up if you want baggier. There's a sticky bit on the inner bottom hem to help it stay in place, which is helpful if you're jumping around doing burpees etc,.
