Fit and fabric are great. Deciding if I love the Willow color. The crotch in these shorts is the triangle patch, and so far fits comfortably without creeping or creating an embarrassing visual. I returned the salutation stash shorts with the diamond crotch patch for that reason. I'll see what happens when I do a bit pilates HIIT class. I am 5'6" and weigh 115 lbs. I ordered an XS and they are true to size.
