This dress looks fantastic on. However, I had to size up one size because it was too tight in the bust. For reference, I'm 5'5" and 125 lbs, and I had to go up to a size medium. I also removed the pads; my cup size is a 32D, so they didn't provide much coverage. Fortunately, they're removable. Overall, the dress is really cute and makes you look long and lean.

The opening in the back is rather large, larger than what appears on the images. You also must be OK with the built in bra that provides little coverage.
