My favorite legging style at Athleta. Utilize for strength training and cardio workouts; I love the compression they provide. I no longer even try on other styles. 5'3", 130ish athletic frame - size small is a great look and fit on me.

They did not provide as much compression as I hoped for, but they work well. They felt a little loose at first and seemed to form more compression as I started moving during the workout.
