Exactly as described. I like a loose fit and got the medium. Often wear a small in athleta. Am 5'5" and 135 pounds. Athletic build. Others have mentioned stiff collar but doesn't bother me.

I really like this jacket and the fit was great. I wore it under a rain jacket in Italy and was perfect for layering. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because when it washed the fabric looked dull. Did not hold up in delicate cycle like other Athleta jackets.
