they are super comfortable but truly soooo much hotter than my other sports bras, and the D-DD isnt that big to be honest, i have a 36C bra size and got a Medium D-DD size, and my boobs are spilling out. somehow still comfortable but def not a perfect fit.

It's a good sports bra that provides decent coverage and support for mid activities like barre, yoga, dance, and strength training. I wouldn't wear it running or hiit. I found the piping/thick seam in the underarm area dug into my breast tissue. For reference, I wear a 34C. I ultimately returned it because I have some many like this already.
