Way too short for everyday/workout wear. My cheeks were exposed (and I have a petite one). I would only feel comfortable if I wore these poolside or at the beach.

I bought my first Athleta running shorts and tanks when my daughter was 2 years old, she is now 17! After thousands of miles and great times, my shorts are finally looking a bit ragged. I was so happy to find these shorts as replacements. Perfect length and fit - I am 5' 9", 130lb and size S. I am happy that the built-in briefs and stash pockets remain and that mid-rise is back! These shorts are much lighter and breezier than my old ones, which so far is a plus. PS: My old shorts will go into the painting/gardening pile - they are ratty, but still going strong.

I loved the color. Really cute for summer.

Comfy and lightweight. Good for dog walks when soupy weather around. I can wear an XS or S but ended up with S so less constrictive in waistband.
