These are perfect. I find the rise adequately high and the waistband flattering. They're somewhat compressive but soft and a great length to not ride up as much as shorter lengths do in HIIT training. A way to notify when your size is back in stock would be nice too since these are often sold out.

Not what I expected..

They look way longer in the photos, I don't believe these are a true 7" inseam. "Ultra" high rise is just not true. They are a regular high rise at best. They are incredibly soft and the material is very nice. I feel supported in them. But I'd say size up or refer the the size chart. I am a true XL ...

I'm 5'9", 150 lbs and ordered a size small. Shorts fit me well but the yellow color is see through. It showed all of my imperfections. For almost $60 a pair I expect more. I wish I could depend on Athleta for quality but it seems like I send back more items than I keep.
