My new favorite! Didn't realize half an inch would matter so much. It's perfect length for 4'11" I have 14 inch style which are cute but this fits so much better in length and waist rise. Wish I had gotten blue before it sold out. If you're short this is perfect and no angle slit to blow open in wind.
