I have the regular Midday shirt, which is more fitted, and love it. It is not available anymore, so I tried the relaxed Midday shirt. Same good quality, but runs large. I got a small petite, but wish I had sized down to an x-small. Wish the regular Midday was still offered, and that more colors were available. Washes well and doesn't wrinkle. Great for travel.

I ordered a Small Tall in the striped version and found it a bit long in the body (still kept it), so I ordered the Pink Sand in Small (Regular) and it's perfect! This is despite that I'm 5'9" with broad shoulders, long arms, slim build (135-140lbs). Great wardrobe staple that looks stylish with a tank underneath. Definitely a relaxed fit and not a shirt you would tuck into pants. My only quibble is that the wrinkles from packing/shipping don't fully come out in the dryer. But I would still highly recommend this shirt for work or casual.
