Inconsistent sizing

I have other shirts from Athleta in XS that fit perfectly with room to spare. I ordered this in XS and think it is too tight. I really wish sizes were consistent, and better still, that they were in numbers, rather than XX or X etc! Nice otherwise, but I'll have to exchange it - hopefully I can go...

These tops are a staple in my workout wardrobe. I like them better than lululemon. They hold up better over time. I now try to wear tops that provide a little more protection from the sun. I do alot of outdoor activities and this top works.

It a bit lighter then I thought it would be, more of a tech material then a layering piece but it's very comfortable, form fitting and could be used for layering as I intended.
