I love these pants! I'm 5'8" and weigh about 145 pounds. Initially, I was going to buy a medium because they felt tight around the waist. However, the sales associate, who owned a pair herself, assured me they stretch quite a bit. After a lot hesitation, I decided to go with the small, and I'm so ...glad I did! They did stretch, but in a good way—becoming more comfortable without sagging. I purchased these pants for traveling, and they looked great! They can easily be dressed up or worn casually, making them very versatile. I find them quite flattering. I bought the regular length, which hits at the ankle, but the fabric is heavy enough to wear in the winter. So, I also ordered the tall size, but it seems to have too much fabric in the front for me. Length is good so I'm not sure if I will keep the tall. Overall, I highly recommend these pants, and I will probably buy them in other colours.
I had a pair of the Balance joggers and absolutely love them. Thought I would give the Venice Joggers a try but I'm sorry I did. They fit slightly bigger than the Balance joggers, but the stretch knit waistband doesn't work. After a few washings and air drying (they didn't go in the dryer)..., there is very little stretch in the waistband. I constantly have to keep pulling up these pants. Lucky I'm a sewer and I've added a draw string to the waist. For the price of these joggers, a better waistband is needed. Very disappointed and I won't purchase them again.

5'0 - just shy of 5'1" at 164lbs - purchased a size L petite - and it is loose on me - comfy. I have a black size medium that fits fine too - the loose is nice for warmer days and helps hide the hail-damage on my thighs with this lighter color. Cute and comfy. I like the material sewed in for the upper thighs to help prevent piling - like you might get with regular leggings.
