Inconsistent sizing

I have other shirts from Athleta in XS that fit perfectly with room to spare. I ordered this in XS and think it is too tight. I really wish sizes were consistent, and better still, that they were in numbers, rather than XX or X etc! Nice otherwise, but I'll have to exchange it - hopefully I can go...

I have these Tee's in many colors and long sleeves as well. The fit is close to the body but not tight. They are light and comfortable. I would highly recommend.
