Inconsistent sizing

I have other shirts from Athleta in XS that fit perfectly with room to spare. I ordered this in XS and think it is too tight. I really wish sizes were consistent, and better still, that they were in numbers, rather than XX or X etc! Nice otherwise, but I'll have to exchange it - hopefully I can go...

Momentum Tee has a great fit. The length is perfect and the bottom hem has a non-slip grip so the T-shirt stays in place no matter the movement during my pilates class. Size Medium, 5'8.5" tall, 148lbs.
