I was diagnosed with breast cancer in November 2025. I had a bilateral mastectomy with no reconstruction. I was looking for a lightweight insert for my mastectomy bras, tank tops and swimsuits. These inserts exceeded my expectations! They are super versatile and hold their shape with each wash and come with a nice bag to wash them in. They look real and nobody would ever be able to tell. I love that I get to swim with them! Thank you so much for thinking of breast cancer survivors with the design and comfort! Highly recommended!

Best breast forms I have ever found. Price makes them easy to afford, and women who have breast cancer shouldn't have to pay hundreds of dollars for breast forms. Never shopped at athleta before, but because of these forms I will definitely shop here again. They run small so I would size up.

I search constantly for the right bra insert. My mastectomy was in 2009. Once, I found these, no more searching. They are the best. Light weight and fit well with most any bra. For the price they simply cannot be beat.

These are the best inserts that I have found and they are so affordable. These work even better than the ones my insurance covered. They are light and don't make me as sweaty, and I think they are water safe (though I haven't tried it). The only thing is the sizing. You'll need to try them out to see what works. I bought D size and they are still a bit small (my non mastectomy side is a B-C). I love that they have a wide shape without a sharp forward protrusion, which was my issue with other forms. I imagine if you need C and above, even the largest sizes would not work.

I love these as a double mastectomy, two time breast cancer survivor! They are comfortable and easy to care for. I wear them everyday!! And so affordable!! I love the insert! After breast cancer surgery, I was left with scars and a lopsided chest and I no longer felt like myself. While shopping for bras at Athleta, a sales associate mentioned these inserts. When I put them on, I felt that I recognized myself after several years of feeling uncomfortable with my silhouette. These inserts helped restore my sense of self.

I appreciate how light this insert is. I was able to start wearing it soon after surgery and it didn't cause any discomfort with my incision. It fits well and I hardly know it's there, thank you for making a product so well designed.
