This is def a low support bra, I don't even think I could handle a barre class in this thing, my girls would not stay put. Needs more compression. Also the removable pads were soooo annoying to have to adjust. Band was perfect fit, cup area too stretchy/unsupportive. Am typically a 38 DD. Fit was cute tho.
