This is a great top for all sports, and looks great with joggers. I'm 5'4" and 118 lbs, 34C, 65 years old and very fit. I usually wear a S but ordered a M. This has a snug fit and fits well, but I am a bit self-conscience of my breastssnd I may size up if I buy more. The back detail is nice too.
