Not a barrel leg

Too much fabric around hips and barely tapers at the bottom. Unflattering, floppy with scratchy linen. Banana Republic makes a much nicer one.

Fit was very flattering and comfortable. I'm usually a L in pants, fit the M, but liked the slimming appearance of S. The structure of the pant and material made it very classy. Love the zippered pockets. Discreet yet effective. I chose Petite size and it was perfect.
