I was pretty pleased with the fit and relative support of this bra. I would not use it for high impact or running (it's not that supportive) but it offers a much better fit/feel and more support than many other bras of this style that I have tried. It's hard to find one that gives a good fit and off...
Versus
I love the bright color but this bra lacks support on my runs. I liked to be locked down and this is not that bra. Too much jiggle for my slow runs. Looking elsewhere!

After loosing significant weight I've struggled with finding the right fit. This was perfect. It was tight enough to control any bounce but with enough give that I can breathe easy. Survived a long humid run with no issues. Will be buying more.

athleta.gap.com/I have this bra in M D/DD in so many colors from the past couple years, and it was a 5 star bra for me. The two I've purchased more recently are not as good; the fabric feels flimsier—like it is thinner, with more give—so it is less supportive and unfortunately shifts a lot more than the previous fabric. I tear out all of the scratchy, papery tags, so I can't compare fiber contents to what they were before, but I would love for this to go back to the old fabric, please!

These Interval bras may be the best athletic bras I have ever had. It has been years since I destroyed my Nike bras that I loved and had not found workout bras I loved again until this one. I use these for my Orange Theory workouts (running and strength) and for biking. The band fits well, stays secure, and does not roll or pinch. I remove the thin bra pads (personal preference), but the pads are well designed and do not bulk up the bra. I love the compression, the strap design, and material. I have collected about 8 of these to use and rotate through my activities....have started donating my other athletic bras...so happy with these!!!
