Great pants-poor quality control

These are my all time favourite pants. I have 2 or 3 pairs in every colour, all the same size. For reference I am 5 ft 4", approx 120lbs and I purchased in a size XXS as I find they tend to stretch out quite a bit after wearing for a while and they do fit big overall-just not in length-see rest of r...

AWFUL, What the heck Athleta?

I bought these last year and they are long gone to the Second Hand Store nearby. The waistline either sits up so high or the crotch seam is half way down to your knees. Bulky material across the stomach and the pockets on the backside were unflattering. I can't believe they are still for sale. ...

I have purchased these pants for the last 3 summers for myself and my 3 daughters. We LOVE them, until the 2026 fabric.... this years pants were stiffer and rubbed holes in the thighs after a few wears (all 3 of us so not a fit issue), seams at the pockets looked pulled, and overall the fabric was darker, stiffer and perhaps more loosley woven . Hope next season they return to the original fabric. This is the perfect summer casual outing when you dont want to wear shorts or a dress. I own 3 colors!

Love, but they keep tripping me

These pants are mostly great. I was super excited to finally find a pair of pants that come in an XS tall because most brands don't make them. However, my feet keep catching on the inside slit of the opposite leg. This happens continuously throughout the day, making me almost fall every single time. I'm lucky I can catch myself, but I do see this being a danger to those who can't. I think designing these with the slit on the outside of the leg would have been better. Maybe I just walk weird though.

i absolutley LOVE these pants. I wear them pretty much daily at home (remote job) and oit an about. They are cute, stylish, cool for summer, and keep my legs private. they wash & hang dry extremely well, and are built to last. I have them in black, natural, olive, light blue and wht/blue stripe. Overall, A++ I bought white & black last year and olive and the blues this year. The first 3 pairs have ties that look nice & match the pant color. The two blue colors came with lower quality strings that are WHITE. It's super lame and I hope they don't contine doing this. it cheapens the overall look of the pants which is a shame.

Just ok

I ordered these in the off-white color. On the positive side, they are not see-through. However, I returned them as I was looking for a light and flowing fabric for warm weather. They had a much boxier fit, and the fabric was heavier and thicker than expected.

These have been my go-to spring/summer pants for the last several years. They run on the large side in my opinion, but I find that I can wear either small or medium. My usual size is 8/medium. The length is also generous so I can wear sandals, tennis shoes or small platforms without any issue. I do tend to hang dry my clothes but these have survived the dryer without too much shrinkage. All around very flexible staple.

I followed the care instructions on the tag, wash inside out on cold then tumble dry low and they shrunk and are now unwearable. I guess I should have line dried them!! I wore them without washing first and they fit perfectly. Very disappointed!

I'm tall at 5'10 and the regular length is great with sandals for the summer. I loved them so much I bought a few other colors.

I'm 5'0" - 120 lbs and ordered the Petite XS. With a 28" inseam, it's slightly too long to wear with flat sandals so I washed them in warm water, dried on med-high heat. The inseam is now 27 1/4 inches - perfect for flat sandals now. Love the slits and zippered pockets!

Quality Changed, Ripped in One Wear

I bought my first pair of these pants in white during spring of 2024. They fit perfectly, were incredible quality, and washed like a dream. In fact, they were such good quality that I could wear NEON underwear with them and it wouldn't show through the lining! However, they ended up ripping after 1 year, and I bought another pair of the same pants recently. They were incredibly thin, the linen felt cheap and scratchy, nude underwear was visible, and they ripped after ONE wear. For the relative price of these pants, that is absurd! I wouldn't purchase unless Athleta returned them to the original quality.

Love But Sizing Is A Bit Off

I absolutely love these pants but I can't get over the difference in size between large and medium. The large are just too big, I have to cinch them in as much as possible and then there is too much fabric in the bum. Whereas the medium is so tight and fitted around the bum and hips that it looks weird and not the flowy look you want in a linen pant.
