Love these swim shorts for my 11yo daughter. She has a long, lean body type and it bridges the gap between the younger swimsuit styles and more revealing styles for curvier body types. She's 5'1 and 85 lbs, so we sized up to the 14 and it fits perfectly with enough room to comfortably wear next season. They also look similar to the women's blue swim shorts, so I am enjoying that she wants to match with me.

Our very particular 12 year old loves this swimsuit bottom— she is very picky about fit and fabric and these ticked all the boxes for her. She's super active, very lean and the drawstring allows her to pull them tight. Very flattering!
